The Reverse Osmosis Controller (RO Controller) CCT-7320 is a combined control instrument of a reverse osmosis controller and an on-line conductivity meter. The RO controller can perform the operation test, status control and on-line monitoring of water quality conductivity (combining PLC controller and conductivity meter). It takes multiple anti-interference measures, adopts unique process flow and graphical control panel with LED indicator lamp embedded, the interface is friendly; menu-driven operation is used, multiple groups of parameters can be set and modified, the requirements of automatic operation are met.

Liquid reagent Total Hardness I: content 20 ml for determining total hardness for the electronic pool water tester PoolLAB. Professional water analysis for private pools and hot tubs. To determine the total hardness, both reagents are required (I & II).

The total hardness is the sum of calcium and magnesium ions dissolved in the water.

The PoolLAB measures the total hardness in mg/l (ppm) CaCO3 (calcium carbonate). The value can be converted into German hardness (°dH) by multiplying it by the factor 0.056.

The higher the total hardness, the greater the risk of water turbidity and limescale deposits. The higher the pH value in the water, the higher the risk of turbidity and limescale loss.

For the total hardness measurement with the PoolLAB both liquid reagents are always required: Total Hardness I conditions the water sample e.g. Adjust the pH value of the water sample so that the reagent II can react correctly. Total Hardness II is the actual reagent, which causes the colour development necessary for the measurement process.

INFINITY introduce ORP+ series intelligent water quality analysis online ORP+
controller with high quality ORP sensor along with their T type housing for
accurate reading online.
The ORP sensor is normally supplied with ¾” installation fitting with female
threading.
The sensor should be mounted vertically in the line.
The sensor shall be connected in the sampling line only as the sensor body is
not meant for the pressurized line.
The fitting can be connected to the sampling point by flexible tubing.
Chlorine and Ozone are the most common disinfectants used in the water
and waste water treatment industry.
Oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) is the parameter commonly used
tomeasure REDOX reactions and is the only practical method we have to
electronically monitor disinfectant effectiveness.
ORP sensor is the main part of the ORP Meter. It has two electrodes One
reference and one measuring electrode enclosed in glass tubing. This is
dipped into the line of which ORP is to be measured, it senses the ORP and
sends a signal to the meter.
ORP meter controller is the unit that processes the information received from
the sensor and displays Actual ORP in the line. This unit also controls the ORP
by transmitting signals to dosing pumps, hooters, valves etc through inbuilt
relays.
