UPPER SCREEN FOR  TOP BOTOM TANK

The Top Distributor Basket is a twist on style for Fleck, Clack, and Autotrol valves that fits a standard riser tube of 1.05" diameter. This top distributor basket is designed to prevent any of the media from exiting your mineral tank.
The segmented stack distributors have the ability to open up when backwashed, removing any possible fines that might accumulate on the distributor.

The Water distributor is designed for industrial or commercial water treatment and wastewater treatment systems. And it's suitable for diameters from 8 "to 96" pressure vessel. It is made of high quality ABS synthetic resin with sufficient strength. The unique design ensures the entire uniformity of the flow velocity distribution in presure vessel. What's more, the special design avoid the occurrence of short circuit. By the way, the rational design of opening the slit also ensures a minimum pressure requirements.

Bottom Distributor Basket for Fleck, Autotrol, Clack and Runxin Softener or Filter Valve Head

Bottom distributor basket for Fleck, Clack, Autotrol and Runxin control valve heads that fits a standard riser tube (PVC riser pipe) of 3/4" diameter, (1.05" = 26.7mm OD).
*Rise pipe not included.

This bottom distributor basket strainer is designed to prevent any of the media from exiting your mineral tank.   

This bottom basket fits most of standard valve head brands for water softener, sand filter, carbon filter, DI Filter such as Fleck, Clack, Autotrol and Runxin. Fits manual valve heads, in - out heads. (Please check your exsiting valve head manual before purchasing).   

The bottom strainer screen works great for water softeners, iron filters, carbon filters, sediment filters, zeolite vessel, DI resin filter, pH filters, and all other backwashing and upflow tank filter systems.

FRP water treatment tanks are manufactured from high quality composite materials.They are widely used for residential,commercial,industrial water,including the electroplating wastewater treatment industry,industrial boilers,chemical industry,light industry,textile,and many other fields.The liner is blow-moulded or rotationally moulded from HDPE or LLDPE material.The tank shell is made of FRP and high-performance epoxy resin,which greatly increases the pressure-bearing strength of the tank.The water treatment resin tank can be used as a filter or water softener. When used as a filter, the inside is filled with quartz sand or activated carbon to remove impurities in the water; when used as a water softener, the inside is filled with ion exchange resin to remove calcium, magnesium and other hardness ions from the water.
