Micro bubble disc aerator fine bubble membrane air diffuser is used to transfer air and with that oxygen into sewage or industrial wastewater. Oxygen is required by microorganisms in the water to break down the pollutants. Fine bubble diffusers produce a plethora of very small air bubbles which rise slowly from the floor of a wastewater treatment plant or sewage treatment plant aeration tank and provide substantial and efficient mass transfer of oxygen to the water. The oxygen, combined with the food source, sewage, allows the bacteria to produce enzymes which help break down the waste so that it can settle in the secondary clarifiers or be filtered by membranes.

FINE BUBBLE AIR DIFFUSER 

Coarse Bubble Disc Diffuser is used to provide a homogeneous mixture in chemical preservation units, equalization tanks, chemical mixing and oil separation of wastewater treatment plants. The projection of each diffusers of Aquaflex was done after Research and Development studies that response the requests of waste water treatment plants. Materials used in Aquaflex diffusers are carefully selected according to the processes of wastewater treatment plants and tested regularly before shipment.
- Coarse Bubble Disc Diffusers can be installed to HDPE, PVC or stainless steel pipes by PP Saddles.
- Material of body part is PP (polypropylene) and supported with %30 GPR for UV rays and different chemical processes.
- Standart material of diffuser membranes are EPDM. Also Aquaflex supports the customers with PTFE COATED membranes for different treatment processes.
- Membrane hole diameter is 4 mm and distributed equally around the membrane.
- It warrants between 20%-25% oxygen efficiency.
- It holds energy costs very low because of minimum pressure loss.
